Quality Management System Approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2015

Quality Management System is applicable to: Design and manufacture of synthetic rubber flexible fire and non fire resistant hoses and bellows including PTFE lined hoses, synthetic rubber seals, gaskets and mouldings, bypass valves and air intake diaphragms. Associated qualification testing of synthetic rubber hoses to customer requirements. Procurement and supply of stainless steel hoses, Uniflex remote valve operating gear and fire resistant Jetpac® valve control cables.  Provision of engineering services including surveying, installation and asset management of flexible hoses.

  • Each item is individually manufactured and inspected.
  • All hose connectors manufactured to international standards, eg BS, ISO, ASTM, ANSI, etc, as required.
  • Independent certification of chemical and mechanical analysis of non-ferrous fittings can be provided.
  • All products are hydrostatically pressure testing before release.
  • Full release certification supplied to suit customer requirements.
  • Goods packaged before despatch to suit customer requirements.
